A. No, it isn’t, ours is a soft sell, we are asking the local community to join us. For Clubs, Associations and The Community advertising is free. For Businesses who want to join, advertising starts at £100 per annum.
3. Q. Is there any limit to how big or how small my business will be.
A. There is no limit, it is your decision how big you want your business to grow.
4. Q. Do I need to open an office.
A. Not initially, but obviously if you want to grow big and if you want to you can.
5. Q. What hours do I have to work.
A. Completely up to you, the beauty of this business is that it can fit around
anybody’s lifestyle but it’s like anything else the more you put in the more you will get out.
6. Q. I have children at home, could I do this part-time?
A. You can fit this business very easily around children. If they are young you can Work when they are asleep. If they are at school you can work then and not work in school holidays. It’s completely flexible.
7. Q. I have never run my own business before.
A. We have an Engineer, Estate Agents, Secretary, Insurance Broker, Computer Programmer, mother & housewife. We are looking for transferable skills not experience. We have all the experience you need and we will lead you every step of the way.
8. Q. Can I sell the business.
A. Yes you can sell your franchise at any time. However, it has to remain part of The Onyourdoorstep.Info Group. We will help you ascertain the suitability if you Require.

A. No, we are keen for you to succeed, we will do everything in our power to Help you.
10. Q. How much will it cost me to have my own business in my town of choice.
A. This depends on the size of your town. The initial franchise fee is £3,750 for the small town and £12,750 for the largest with various fees in between.
11. Q. What are the monthly franchise fees.
A. a) The basic fee is 3.5% of your initial franchise fee which includes the maintaining and improvements
to your website, ongoing training, access to the helpline for day to day help.
b) 1.5% of your initial franchise fee for marketing and national advertising. These fees are usually paid
by direct debit. Note: Any local advertising and leaflet distribution is completely at your discretion. We can help with a advertising content and leaflet design.
12. Q. What do I get for my initial franchise fee.
